Analisis Dampak Program Makan Bergizi Gratis terhadap Peningkatan Human Capital, Kinerja Pendidikan, dan Efisiensi Ekonomi Rumah Tangga di Indonesia: Pendekatan Ekonomi Pembangunan dan Manajemen Kebijakan Publik

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) terhadap peningkatan human capital, kinerja pendidikan, efisiensi ekonomi rumah tangga, serta dinamika ekonomi lokal dalam perspektif ekonomi pembangunan dan manajemen kebijakan publik melalui pendekatan studi literatur sistematis dengan analisis tematik dan sintesis naratif terhadap jurnal internasional, laporan lembaga global, dan dokumen kebijakan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa MBG berkontribusi signifikan terhadap perbaikan status gizi anak yang berdampak pada peningkatan kapasitas kognitif dan produktivitas jangka panjang, peningkatan kehadiran serta prestasi belajar siswa, pengurangan beban pengeluaran rumah tangga miskin, serta penguatan ekonomi lokal melalui efek multiplier pada sektor pangan dan UMKM, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan implementasi berupa kesenjangan kapasitas kelembagaan dan koordinasi lintas sektor. Dengan demikian, MBG diposisikan sebagai instrumen strategis investasi modal manusia yang berimplikasi pada pembangunan ekonomi jangka panjang dan membutuhkan penguatan tata kelola untuk memastikan efektivitas kebijakan secara berkelanjutan.
