Journal of Community Service Based on Participation, Collaboration, and Social Innovation applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to support the publication process, editorial management, peer-review administration, copyediting, layout editing, proofreading, online publication, digital archiving, indexing preparation, and journal website maintenance.
Authors are not required to pay any submission charge when submitting a manuscript to Journal of Community Service Based on Participation, Collaboration, and Social Innovation.
The Article Processing Charge is applied only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication by the editorial team.
The publication fee for each accepted article is:
Article Processing Charge (APC): IDR [insert amount]
This fee is used to support the journal publication process, including editorial handling, peer-review administration, copyediting, layout editing, proofreading, online hosting, website maintenance, digital archiving, and indexing preparation.
Authors will receive payment information after the manuscript has been officially accepted for publication.
The payment must be completed before the article is published on the journal website.
Payment of the Article Processing Charge does not influence the editorial decision. All manuscripts are evaluated based on academic quality, originality, relevance to the journal’s focus and scope, peer-review results, contribution to community service, participation, collaboration, social innovation, and compliance with publication ethics.
The journal may provide partial or full waiver consideration for authors with limited financial resources or authors from institutions with funding constraints.
Waiver requests must be submitted to the editorial team before the manuscript is accepted for publication. The decision to grant a waiver is made by the editorial team and does not affect the peer-review process or editorial decision.
The Article Processing Charge is non-refundable after the article has entered the publication production process, including copyediting, layout editing, proofreading, online publication, and digital archiving.
By submitting a manuscript to Journal of Community Service Based on Participation, Collaboration, and Social Innovation, authors acknowledge and agree to this Article Processing Charge policy.
